New Home Termite Protection Warranty

• Up to $35,000 Cover for Termite Damage: Covers materials and labour costs for repair or replacement of termite-damaged timber, surfaces, or structural components — up to the warranty limit.
• Professional Repairs by Licensed Contractors: Any repairs will match the fit, finish, and function of the original area as closely as reasonably possible.
• Ongoing Protection with Regular Inspections: To maintain warranty coverage, the property must have regular termite inspections carried out by a licensed Mr Pesty technician, following Australian Standards (AS 3660).
• Warranty Reinstatement Options: If inspections lapse, the warranty may be reinstated after agreed procedures such as thermal imaging inspections, baiting systems, or additional installations.

Our warranty is designed to protect you within clear guidelines. It does not cover:

• ❌ Properties altered, extended, or renovated without updating the termite system
• ❌ Areas not originally treated by Mr Pesty
• ❌ Damage caused by soil disturbance, slab modification, or structural changes
• ❌ Termite entry due to poor maintenance, landscaping over weep holes, timber storage near the home, or failure to follow inspection schedules
• ❌ Claims made more than 30 days after termite activity is discovered

• ✔️ Activate Your Warranty — Notify Mr Pesty in writing within 30 days of taking possession of the property to activate the warranty.
• ✔️ Book Regular Inspections — At least annually (or every 3–6 months in high-risk areas), conducted by Mr Pesty
• ✔️ Follow All Maintenance Advice — Including soil levels, landscaping, slab integrity, and protecting perimeter systems
• ✔️ Avoid High-Risk Activities — Such as building garden beds over weep holes, storing timber against the home, or disturbing the termite system during works
